products and equipment and to improve our services. We also gather your personal
information in order to properly identify you and complete requests initiated by

How We Gather Information
Anonymous Statistics: We collect and are the sole owner of the following
information which is collected from all of our website users. We do not use “cookies”
to collect this information. We use log files to collect:
- Internet Provider address of requestor
- Name of web pages and images requested from the site
- Referring URL, if it is available
Personal Information: In certain areas of our website (as detailed below)
we also gather your personal information on registration or application forms, in
order to complete requests initiated and authorized by you. In these particular
areas, if you request information, then to complete your request we collect your

As an Application Service Provider (ASP), non-public personal information of end-users
may be housed or transmitted through our data center in order to service our clients.

held by our End-Users and strive to meet or exceed those expectations.

Within Metavante - We will share your personal information internally for the purpose
of performing a transaction requested by you and for administering business.
Outside of Metavante - We are required to or we will provide information about you
to third parties without your consent, as required by law; for example, to respond
to a subpoena or court order, or judicial or regulatory process.

Our website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the
privacy practices or the content of the linked websites and encourage you to fully
